1. Terms of Service

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HevalTrip (“Platform,” “App,” “Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and all related policies.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account or use HevalTrip.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

Some travel providers, hotels, rentals, transportation services, and destinations may require users to be 21 years of age or older. Users are solely responsible for confirming all travel-related age requirements.

HevalTrip is strictly a technology platform that facilitates introductions and communication between users interested in travel.

HevalTrip is NOT:

• A travel agency
• A tour operator
• A transportation provider
• A hotel booking company
• A rideshare company
• A dating or matchmaking guarantee service
• An employer or representative of users
• Responsible for organizing or supervising trips

We do not guarantee:

• User identity
• User background
• User behavior
• User intentions
• Compatibility between users
• Safety of any interaction
• Accuracy of profile information
• Quality or legality of travel arrangements

1.4 User Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

Users acknowledge that meeting strangers, traveling, sharing accommodations, or participating in activities with other users involves inherent risks.

By using HevalTrip, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

• Domestic or international travel
• Meeting users in person
• Sharing transportation or accommodations
• Financial transactions with other users
• Theft
• Assault
• Harassment
• Fraud
• Misrepresentation
• Injury
• Illness
• Death
• Property damage
• Emotional distress
• Criminal activity
• Political instability
• Natural disasters
• Travel disruptions

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Conducting your own research and background checks
• Verifying identities independently
• Meeting in public places initially
• Informing family/friends about your whereabouts
• Purchasing travel insurance
• Following local safety guidelines
• Using reasonable judgment before traveling with anyone

1.5 Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HevalTrip, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, agents, investors, and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Injury
• Death
• Assault
• Sexual misconduct
• Theft
• Fraud
• Scam
• Misrepresentation
• Kidnapping
• Human trafficking
• Harassment
• Emotional distress
• Property damage
• Financial loss
• Travel disruption
• Illegal conduct
• User dispute
• Third-party conduct
• Travel accident
• Accommodation issue
• Transportation issue
• Disease or illness

arising out of or related to:

• Use of the Platform
• Communications between users
• In-person meetings
• Shared accommodations
• Group travel
• Transportation arrangements
• User-generated content
• Any online or offline interactions

Users expressly release HevalTrip from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, demands, actions, suits, or causes of action arising from interactions with other users.

1.6 No Background Checks

HevalTrip does not routinely conduct criminal background checks, identity verification checks, financial checks, or screenings on users.

Even if optional verification features are offered in the future, HevalTrip does not guarantee:

• Accuracy of verification
• User safety
• User legitimacy
• Absence of criminal history

Users must independently verify any information they consider important.

1.7 User Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse others
• Engage in discrimination or hate speech
• Share false or misleading information
• Commit fraud or scams
• Impersonate another person
• Solicit prostitution or illegal services
• Promote illegal drugs or weapons
• Share sexually explicit content without consent
• Exploit or endanger minors
• Use the Platform for unlawful activity
• Violate travel or immigration laws
• Collect personal data without consent
• Use automated bots or scraping tools

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts for any violation.

1.8 Safety Recommendations

HevalTrip strongly recommends users:

• Meet in public places first
• Avoid sending money to strangers
• Verify social media and identity independently
• Inform friends or family before trips
• Use travel insurance
• Trust their instincts
• Stop communication if they feel unsafe
• Avoid sharing sensitive financial information

These recommendations do not create any duty, obligation, or liability on the part of HevalTrip.

1.9 User Content

Users are solely responsible for all photos, messages, videos, comments, travel plans, and other content they upload.

By posting content, you grant HevalTrip a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote such content for operation and marketing of the Platform.

You represent that:

• You own or have rights to your content
• Your content does not violate laws or third-party rights
• Your content is not defamatory, abusive, or illegal

1.10 Reporting & Moderation

Users may report unsafe behavior, scams, harassment, or inappropriate content.

HevalTrip reserves the right, but not the obligation, to investigate reports and remove content or accounts at its sole discretion.

Failure to remove content or users does not create liability for HevalTrip.

1.11 Payments & Subscriptions

If premium services or subscriptions are offered:

• Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law
• Pricing may change at any time
• App stores may manage billing and refunds
• Users are responsible for canceling subscriptions before renewal

HevalTrip is not responsible for payment processor errors or app store billing disputes.

The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services including:

• Hotels
• Airlines
• Transportation providers
• Maps
• Payment processors
• Social media platforms

HevalTrip is not responsible for third-party services, policies, actions, or content.

Users are responsible for complying with all local laws, immigration rules, visa requirements, sanctions regulations, and travel restrictions.

HevalTrip does not guarantee the legality of use in every country.

1.14 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HevalTrip and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your interactions with other users
• Your travel activities
• Your violation of laws
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your content or conduct

1.15 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Security of communications
• Accuracy of content
• Compatibility between users
• Safety of interactions
• Successful trips or experiences

1.16 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HevalTrip’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount paid by the user to HevalTrip during the previous 12 months, or
• USD $100

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations.

1.17 Arbitration & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California unless prohibited by law.

Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

3. Community Guidelines

Users must treat others respectfully. The following are prohibited:

• Harassment
• Bullying
• Hate speech
• Threats
• Racism
• Religious discrimination
• Fraud or scams
• Fake profiles
• Sexual exploitation
• Violence
• Extortion
• Sharing private information without consent
• Illegal activity

Users should immediately report suspicious or unsafe behavior.

4. Travel Safety Consent

By using HevalTrip, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You may be interacting with strangers
• HevalTrip cannot guarantee user safety
• You are responsible for verifying identities
• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence
• Travel involves risks beyond HevalTrip’s control
• HevalTrip is not responsible for accidents, crimes, injuries, scams, or disputes
• You voluntarily participate in any travel or meetup activities
• You assume all associated risks

You further agree that HevalTrip is only a communication and discovery platform and does not supervise or manage user interactions.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All HevalTrip branding, logos, software, designs, and content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the Platform without written permission.

7. Final Legal Notice

HevalTrip is a platform for connecting travelers and facilitating communication between users.

HevalTrip does not accept responsibility or liability for the actions, conduct, negligence, criminal activity, misrepresentations, or behavior of any user or third party.

Users are solely responsible for protecting their own safety, finances, health, belongings, and personal information.
