2.3 Accounts and Profile Information

You agree to provide accurate profile information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. We may review, limit, suspend, or remove accounts that appear inaccurate, unsafe, abusive, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Platform.

2.5 Trips, Requests, and Messaging

Users may create trips, request to join trips, approve members, participate in group chats, and share trip-related posts.

Trip creators are responsible for the accuracy of trip details they publish. Heval Trip does not organize, supervise, or guarantee any user-created travel plan. Users are responsible for their own travel decisions, safety checks, expenses, documents, and local law compliance.

2.6 Payments and Subscriptions

If paid features or subscriptions are offered, payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. Subscription terms, renewal rules, cancellation options, and refund eligibility may vary by provider and app store.

2.7 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including photos, profile details, messages, trip posts, and comments. By submitting content, you give Heval Trip permission to host, display, process, and use that content as necessary to operate and improve the Platform.

2.8 Safety and User Interactions

Heval Trip may provide tools for reporting, blocking, and moderation, but we cannot guarantee user behavior, compatibility, identity, or offline safety. Use caution when sharing personal information, communicating with other users, or meeting in person.

2.9 Suspension, Disclaimers, and Liability

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if we believe a user has violated these terms, created risk for others, broken the law, or misused the service.

The Platform is provided as available and without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every user's expectations. Heval Trip is not responsible for user-created content, user conduct, third-party services, travel outcomes, offline meetings, or losses caused by misuse of the Platform.
